Here is a link to a post by Tony Miano of Living Waters. Living Waters is in the process of distributing the Origin of Species to various college campuses. Yes, that is correct, a Christian organization that teaches straight up six day creation is distributing the Origin of Species by Charles Darwin. Why? Ray Comfort has authored an introduction to the Origin of Species that contrasts Darwin’s theory with the truth of creation. And yet, despite the willingness of Ray Comfort to do this, many atheists are bemoaning the effort; some are even willing to go get the free books only to tear out the intro about creation. Here’s what I ask: Why are atheists so scared of creation? If it really is merely a made up story, then Darwin’s theory should win out, right? Instead of being men, many atheists are acting like little boys throwing a tantrum. Pray for Ray Comfort and this effort.
And if you are a Christian and you do not believe in the Biblical account of creation, please visit ICR and spend some time reading their stuff. You may not like this, but there is serious doubt in the truth of your salvation if you cannot trust God on this issue.
